THE OPPORTUNITY

If you have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2 years work experience and are looking to gain additional business skills before entering an MBA program, then our 2-year Associate Program is for you! Successful candidates will possess:



· Exceptional Communication Skills

· Excellent Phone Proficiency

· Self Starting Ability

· Background in Financial Services/Sales a plus

· Series 7 License a plus



As part of our deal team, Associates will get direct experience in the buy-side M&A process. Primary duties consist of heavy telephone solicitation/sourcing and origination activities for leading private equity firms and strategic acquirers.
