We serve as a court appointed receiver and interim management company for commercial properties and operating businesses. This position works with Trigild\'s Senior Management Team to evaluate and manage non-performing assets. Detailed oriented hard working manager with the ability to adapt to various circumstances will be successful. 60-70% of the job will be spent in the corporate office in Del Mar and the rest of the time will be spent in the field with some overnight travel required.

Summary
Work with Trigild\'s Senior Management team to evaluate and manage non-performing assets.
Job Responsibilities:
Create effective business plan for non-performing assets to maximize lender recovery
Weekly/Monthly Property Performance Overview reports
Client Takeover reports and reporting
Create operational spreadsheets for budgets, forecasts and cash advances
Tracking of key dates and associated deliverables
Manage aspects of project takeover
Source new client relationships
Meet with General Contractors, Brokers, City Officials
Required Skills/Experience:
Proficient in Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Ability to read and understand financial statements (Balance sheet/P&L Statements)
Experience with income producing properties
Skilled in oral and written presentations
Project Management and P&L responsibility
Strong Underwriting and financial modeling experience
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in business, Accounting or Finance, MBA or advance degree preferred
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of real estate investment analysis experience.
Experience with commercial properties. Strong underwriting and financial modeling experience, including significant Argus modeling experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
Mathematical Skills
Strong analytical abilities along with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
