TheSenior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance will work with the Director of Corporate Finance in matters related to Capital Markets, Capital Investments and Financial Risk Management. The incumbent will help in the budgeting, analysis, execution, and monthly tracking/reporting of transactions pertaining to the following areas:

Capital investments
Capital structure
Debt portfolio management
Leasing
The Sr. Financial Analyst will develop advanced financial valuation models (e.g. DCF, APV, comparables) for these transactions as well as analyze their impact on the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. In addition to this, the incumbent will also perform periodic analyses of Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) on Capital Expenditures. For all of the above, the incumbent will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Accounting, Tax, Legal, and Investment Banking relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting is required; MBA is desirable.
1-3 years investment banking/management consulting experience (or other relevant experience in any of the areas above) preferred.
Strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial concepts (i.e. NPV, WACC, EBITDA, MIRR), and modeling experience of diverse valuation techniques are required.
Familiarity with interest rate, currency and commodity risk management is required.
Proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with VBA is preferred.
Systems experience with SAP, Oracle Financial Analyzer, Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Retrieve are a strong plus.
Candidates should be highly organized and detail oriented, with strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple internal and external relationships, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
