Title: Regional Sales Manager/Data Breach Specialist
Reports To: Director of Sales

Location: Austin, TX


Debix seeks an experienced professional to help sell its Identity Protection Network™ to Fortune 1000 companies, leading higher-education institutions, and Government prospects. The Regional Sales Manager will own the revenue and activities target for their region and will assist key relationships during a data breach event. He/she will also collaborate with internal operations groups for servicing and fulfillment and help structure new client partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive new sales and contracts from the Fortune 1000, key prospects and relationships in your region
• Meet quarterly revenue and activities targets from your region
• Devise and implement go-to-market strategies for specific vertical markets including coordinating training, implementation, and internal awareness campaigns for key relationships
• Develop influential relationships with multiple constituencies in client organizations
• Serve as a champion for Debix within partner customer’s organization
• Drive consultative needs sales process with clients to expand solution leveraging Debix technology and service capabilities
• Effectively collaborate with service and development groups to maximize customer value

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A BS, BA or equivalent experience is required; MBA is a plus
• 5+ year track record of quota over-achievement in channel sales of an intangible product
• Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
• A high degree of initiative and intelligence
• Contagious enthusiasm and passion
• Skill to balance patience and persistence in advancing Debix goals within partner organization
• Success in developing and influencing both channel sales strategy and tactics including specific experience with internal marketing and relationship-building in channel partner organizations
• Comfort and ability to excel in a high-activity and high-uncertainty environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships
• Track record of selling technology-enabled services to Fortune 1000, higher-education, or Government and target industry executives
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Business maturity including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types
• Ability to travel 20% of time
