Real Estate Investment Fund in Miami area is looking for an experienced Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong computer, math, verbal and writing skills to be involved in asset purchases, management and dispositions with an experience group of professionals. Work side by side with deal makers. Be part of the deal team. Review opportunities and prepare presentations to the Partners. Be on the front line. Not just number crunching, but actual involvement with many activities.

• Successful candidate must have at least 5 years of previous experience working in real estate related field. There will be potential growth within our company.
• CPA preferred but not required. You should have a BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business ; an MBA is a plus.
• You should have solid financial analysis, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, forecasting, project analysis, budget development & analysis experience.
•Ability to conduct industry and company specific research, draft research reports and make presentations.
• Time management and multitasking skills a must, must be very organized.
• We are looking for a balanced person that handles pressure well without getting stressed.
• Superior Microsoft Office Program Knowledge; especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage and work with people independently or in a team based environment and manage multiple priorities.
• You should have strong and polished communication skills, with first-class integrity and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include providing management with the strategic tools, presentation material and reports to drive business results, work with and have input into operational & control processes, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, financial modeling, financial and variance analysis, financial reporting, special project analysis.
The position also requires a confident, articulate individual to work with various market transactions and attend meetings in person and via telephone conversations

Compensation for this position is: a salary of $60,000, 15% - 20% performance bonus, and a partially paid company benefits package comprised of health, dental, life and disability insurance.
