Our client, a fast-growing, stable government contractor specializing in providing IT, management consulting services and program support primarily to civilian agencies as well as a variety of commercial clients, is searching for a CFO to join their senior management team. This 10 year old company has experienced exceptional growth, is very well managed (has a strong Controller) and has annual revenue of approx. $25M. The company is looking for a CFO who has the strategic vision and executive skills to help guide the company in their next stages of growth. Must have similar experience with a mid-sized government contractor. As a CFO, must have the following experience: -Strategic planning and execution

-Knowledge of government and commercial contracting and negotiating

-Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

-Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems, particularly Deltek Premier GSC

-Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations

-Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections

This position requires either an MBA or a CPA with several years experience at senior level finance positions.

This position requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
