Corporate Development Associate/Analyst —

Internet Brands (NASDAQ: INET), located in Los Angeles, CA, is currently seeking a web-savvy Corporate Development Associate/Analyst to support our executive team with acquisition projects.

Responsibilities:
* Using innovative methods to conduct internet market research and competitive analysis
* Sourcing and contacting acquisition targets to evaluate opportunities and gather data
* Building financial analysis and valuation models for acquisition targets
* Preparing ad hoc quantitative analysis to evaluate strategic opportunities for executive management
* Organizing work flow in corporate development team and training of research interns
* Serving as a “thought-partner” to members of executive management

Requirements:
* BS in Business/Econ/Finance/Math, MBA a plus
* 2-3 years general work experience
* Self starter with strong business acumen and analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
* Ability to think critically and creatively to synthesize large data sets
* Tons of intellectual curiosity about internet and internet monetization models
* Expert ability with Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
* Effective multi-tasking capability and ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
