Responsible for the administration of Paveway DoD production contracts. The Paveway program is managed by the USAF Air Logistics Center at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. Current production includes the Paveway II, III & IV and Enhanced Paveway I and II configurations. In addition to sales to the US military, over 40 foreign customers have procured Paveway through both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS). Duties include analysis of RFPs, proposal reviews and coordination, contract negotiation and general contract administration. Determine customer requirements and work closely with Program Managers and Business/Estimating functions to construct, submit and negotiate pricing proposals. Provide support to senior management regarding contractual and business issues. Will be responsible for ensuring that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies and DoD requirements. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks. Minor travel required. Individual must be able to work in a team environment, providing Contracts leadership and consultation to program management on complex contracting issues. Must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers.

Required Skills:
Eight (8) or more year\'s related experience in U.S. Government contract administration, finance, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, post award reviews/audits and supplemental agreements, preferably in a production environment.
Working knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition and related regulations, e.g. FAR, DFARS, and ITAR.
Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and other business arrangements; ability to contribute to negotiation strategy and possess strong negotiation skills.
Effective communicator both orally and in writing; strong analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills (adaptable to a variety of business situations).
Must have the ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork and trust.
Must be capable of multitasking and handling several assignments concurrently. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.

Desired Skills:
Computer proficiency, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and shared data bases.

Required Education(including Major):
BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
