Small Plano practice seeking motivated, organized, detail-oriented office manager with minimum of five years experience specifically as a medical office manager for a small group practice. Individual must be personally capable of all aspects of management including insurance billing, insurance posting, appeals, vendor and insurance contract negotiation, insurance and patient collections, HIPAA, OSHA, personnel management (hiring, personnel laws), state and federal taxes, and Quickbooks. Experience with internal auditing and practice start-ups useful. CPA or MBA a strong plus but not required. Strong work ethic, initiative, professional demeanor, and clean criminal and employment background history mandatory.
