The Sr. Software Engineer - will lead all aspects of one or more medium sized projects with moderate to high complexity. Assist in managing aspects of larger programs.

Assist in the definition requirements, design and implementation of project modifications and development.

Must-Have Technical Skills:
-- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Information Technology in addition a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or an MBA is a plus, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-- 3+ years, MS/Access, JAVA, HTML, and SQL
-- 2+ years, Project Management experience
-- 1+ years, Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (such as Catalyst), plus budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, finance and accounting concepts and practices.

Additional Skills:

-- Skilled in estimating and common project management desktop tools.
-- Great communication skills.
-- Great leadership skills to train, guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
-- Creative thinking and problem solving.
-- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
-- Ability to work in a team environment.
